While we strive to make the process as seamless as possible, there are an endless number of ways to create requirements. While Querier will cover a vast majority of agent requirements, Querier simply can't cover them all. You may find you need to make changes to an attachment. This is an easy process.
- If the attachment is a .docx file:
- In gmail, to to your 'drafts' folder and open the draft that contains the attachment you wish to change
- Download the attachment
- Make adjustments and save your new, updated file with the changes you wish to make
- Back in the email draft, click ‘X’ to remove the old version of the attachment
- Click the paperclip icon & select the amended file saved in Step 3 above
- Confirm the new file is attached to the email
- If the attachment is a PDF:
- Download a .docx version of the file from the “Need Additional Info?” icon in the bottom left corner
- Make the necessary changes to the .docx file
- Save the new version of your query as a PDF
- In gmail, to to your 'drafts' folder and open the draft that contains the attachment you wish to change
- Back in the email draft, click ‘X’ to remove the old version of the attachment
- Click the paperclip icon & select the amended file saved in Step 3 above
- Confirm the new file is attached to the email
- Remove pages from PDF:
- You can use Chrome’s "Print to PDF" feature to create a new version of the PDF that excludes unwanted pages:
- Open the PDF in Chrome.
- Click the Print icon or press Ctrl + P (Windows) / Cmd + P (Mac).
- In the Destination dropdown, select Save as PDF.
- Under Pages, choose Custom and enter the page numbers you want to keep (e.g., 1-3, 5, 7-10).
- Click Save and choose a location for the new file.
- You can also use a dedicated PDF editor like Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange Editor, or an online tool like Smallpdf or PDFescape.
- You can use Chrome’s "Print to PDF" feature to create a new version of the PDF that excludes unwanted pages:
