Creating Queries is a snap with Querier!
Before creating a query, make sure you've:
- Completed building your Query Template
- Have built your Agents List, and have verified their submission requirements
Once you've completed the above, follow these steps to create a query:
- Select the project from the sidebar
- Select "Queries" in the sidebar
- Click the "New Query" icon in the top left corner
- Select the Agent you wish to query in from the dropdown in the "Select Agent To Query" section
- If the Agent has specified a custom email subject format, add the appropriate email subject in the "Set Email Subject" area input
- If needed, personalize the query letter in the "Complete Query Letter" section:
- If you created any Personalizations in your Query Template, fill those out here
- NOTE: you must have an Agent selected in order to view your completed query letter in the "Review Query Letter" area
- Review the query for completeness
- Click the "Save Query" button
