Your Agent List represents the agents you believe would be able to best represent your work to publishers.
In order to convince these agents you have created a book they can sell, you must submit a query package to each.
How Do I Find Agents?
Finding agents who best represent your work can be a slog - but our database of almost 2,000 agents make this process a snap!
1. Search based on genre of your work, country, agency, or agent name to whittle down the list.
2. Next, research each agent. Querier provides helpful links on each Agent Profile page, saving you hours in research time. Use these resources as a starting point to look further into the agent to determine if your work fits their requirements.
3. If you feel the agent is a good match for your project, click the "Add To Agent List" button to add them to your list. If you feel they aren't a good fit, you might want to add them to the "Add To 'Do Not Query' List."
You'll have built your agent list in no time!
What If I Want To Query An Agent Not In The Database?
Querier allows you to manually add agents to your list. From the "Add New Agent" page, click on "Add Custom Agent" tab.
Enter the agent's information into the form and submit. The agent will be added to your list!
